In-person registrants canceling before September 9 will receive a full refund; in-person cancellations received after this date are subject to a 50% penalty. In the event of last minute, weather-based cancellations, contact the clinic coordinator. In the interest of safety, full refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Zoom registrants canceling on or before September 16, 2021 will receive a full refund; cancellations received after this date are subject to a 50% penalty. Zoom registrants who ordered a hard copy of their course materials and later cancel, will only receive a refund of their registration fee; no refund of courseware purchases will be given after materials have printed.
