The President, Board, and Committees will report on activities from the past year. Members will elect officers, with nominations accepted from the floor. See instructions for proxy voting below if you can't attend.

Flying In: Park on the east end of the ramp (near Frost Aviation) and walk in or if familiar, taxi to limited parking near EAA555 hangar. See map.

Some updates for our Annual Meeting:

Our Guest Speaker will be Bill Soules, Las Cruces Pilot, historian and NM state senator who will give us some stories from his book, "1000 Feet High, Ancient to Modern Trails of Southwest New Mexico". His book is filled with aerial photography and stories about the culture, history and beauty of southern New Mexico. Check out this link to Bill's book for a preview of his talk. Bill will have a some copies of his book if you want to pick one up.

Afterwards, we'll probably head over to Jim Bobs' BBQ for lunch (a 2 minute walk from the 555 hangar). It is a thermally time of the year. It might be worth it to stick around till the late afternoon or Sunday morning to fly back home.

PROXY VOTING

If you cannot attend, you can email your proxy by copying the example proxy form below into the body of an email, filling in the blanks and sending it to us at nmpa@nmpilots.org designating any Board member or another NMPA member attending. Type your name as your signature.

Example proxy:

I, (name) _________________________, a member in good standing of the New Mexico Pilots Association, hereby appoint a current Board member as designated by President Ken Summers (OR ______________________________ ) as my proxy to vote on my behalf at the NMPA Annual Meeting to be held on June 13, 2026.
