NMPA Annual Meeting
June 13, 2026
EAA555 Hangar, Las Cruces Airport

The meeting starts at 9:30 am. 
Coffee and donuts beforehand.
We will have a brief business meeting including the election of officers and a review of NMPA activities from the past year.

After the meeting, we will have a presentation by Bill Soules, Las Cruces pilot and NM state senator who will give us some stories from his book "1000 Feet High, Ancient to Modern Trails of Southwest New Mexico".   His book is filled with aerial photography and stories about the culture, history and beauty of southern New Mexico.      Check out this link to Bill's book for a preview of his talk.   Bill will have a some copies of his book if you want to pick one up.

Afterwards, we'll probably head over to Jim Bobs' BBQ for lunch.   It is a thermally time of the year.  It might be worth it to stick around till the late afternoon or Sunday morning to fly back home.

If you cannot attend the meeting, please consider filling out a proxy form to help us establish a quarum for the meeting.  You can just copy the example below and fill it in and email it to president Ken Summers  (president@nmpilots.org),  or Secretary Jeff Gilkey jeff_trike@nmpilots.org  or any other member who will be attending.   You type in your name as an electronic signature.
